What Is Microsoft 365

What Is Microsoft 365 :-Microsoft 365 is a productivity suite featuring collaborative tools and cloud-based services owned by Microsoft. This includes online offerings such as Outlook.com, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and programs formerly titled Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and the web). Additionally available are related enterprise solutions like Exchange Server, SharePoint, and Yammer.

Moreover, it covers subscription plans that include desktop, mobile, and hosted email and intranet services as well as subscription-based licenses.

In 2010, Microsoft introduced the Office 365 brand to represent its subscription-based software as a service platform for businesses. This service included hosted services such as Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Office on the web.

There were plans available with licenses for Microsoft Office 2010 too. With the release of Office 2013, Microsoft shifted to this model as the main way of distributing their Office suite; consumer plans were added that included access to OneDrive and Skype, plus continuous feature updates (as opposed to non-subscription licenses which require customers to buy new versions in order to get feature updates).

Can Microsoft 365 be used on multiple computers?

Yes. You can use Office on all your devices and sign in to Office with the help of Microsoft 365. It supports up to five devices at the same time, including laptops, Macs, tablets, and smartphones.
